Metallic Copper Dissolution System

Synergy anodes are used with a copper dissolution system to provide continuous, measured copper metal for plating. The Copper Gobbler™ is a compact, simple system that utilizes inexpensive scrap copper and provides measured doses of copper from 0 to 100 lbs. per day depending on the module size. The Copper Gobbler™ system is made by Optimum Process Technologies, and combined with Synergy anodes forms the EZ Plate System™ that is distributed by Network Marketing, Inc.

Synergy anodes are precious metal catalyst coated titanium (mixed metal oxide) anodes manufactured especially for plating Printed Wiring Boards. The have been commercially applied in vertical and horizontal circuit board plating systems and found to consume organic additives at the same rate as soluble anodes
